The Public Health Equity Group in the Galilee is a multidisciplinary group of researchers, focused on improving equity in public health by combining different fields, methods and research strategies. We are researchers whose interests range from medical sociology to genetics and aim to find new ways to look into inequities. As part of the Azriely Faculty of Medicine in Tsfat, we are interested especially in improving health disparities in the Northern periphery of Israel and inequities between it and the Centre.
